在一点打圈

在Picton换宿的我。每一天，宿舍前的海岸，和左右两边的山，都会因为天气的不一样而呈现出不一样的景色。阳光的晴，阴沉的平静，和浓雾的雨天。这是一样的点，却每一天都不一样的样子。这是大地的奥秘吧！

这宿舍的旅客，来去都匆匆。但是每一个晚上，都会有很特别的人，让我聊得很开心。这样听着世界各国的人的故事。

背包煮食

这里跟家里不一样。比如到一些亚洲国家旅行，就是要尝试美食。这里没有美食。西餐都一样。于是，所有的背包客栈，一定有厨房，一个齐全的厨房。然后，所有人都有自己的煮食带，煮自己家乡的食物。

YHA有顶尖的设备，当然“物有所值”。如果一些最低价格的客栈，情况就不一了。也当然，我们彼此有了互相学习厨艺的时候。

我已经离开了奇异之镇。方向，以后再说。

 

完工以后

又是收拾行李的时候了。工作完毕。计划或许在北岛稍微绕一绕，然后到南岛了。

在这里呆了近5个星期，很多事情都习惯了。尤其在这住宿，不知该怎么说，就是已经习惯了。其实停工已经近一个星期了。但是因为习惯，已经不太无聊。而且很多自己的空间，（自己的房，没人干扰睡眠的背包客栈，很难得）于是我开始很自然的闲空了。就是想办法上网，然后走走，在宿舍看看书，听听歌，煲煲剧。之前的工作其实蛮辛苦的。于是趁这几天休息，也到处走走，逛逛（其实没什么好逛，这地方比咱家乡还小）。工作从7.30到5点，只有星期天休息。放工天已经暗了，店也关门了，星期天的店面也都休息。终于在这几天，感受阳光和冷风，还有街道的人潮。

这地方，为奇异果工作而到来的背包旅客太多。大家都互相认识了。好像咱小小的世界了。有人总是担心没有工作，没有收入。有人不停担心旅途错过了什么而紧张。而我，因为与Kirsty和 Dawn一起的关系，我想我接触的会比其他亚洲旅客多一点。我庆幸我能够比较能接触不太一样的事情。这样体会。。。。。比简单的旅行更有意思吧。

Winter Finally

Winter season has officially started today. Nothing much here except cold. I did not buy any new jumper for myself when I came. I have 1 from a friend and another from my brother.

Based on the advised from couple friends came back from UK, only 1 jumper is enuough. And I would like to say, whoever want to come to New Zealand during this time, please bring as much jumper as you can, as the cold here is at an extreme level. Especially for backpackers, backpacker house do not usually provide you good heater.

Furthermore, working in a kiwi factory, there is always air-conditioning inside for the sake of the kiwis’.

I’m only at the North Island now. I shall get myself more jumper while travelling down the south.

 

冷天的慢

没办法享受纽西兰的慢，是我目前最大的问题。

清闲，我暂时也还没资格去谈。

想要一个清幽的环境，阳光和凉风吗？还有网际网络？请你口袋要有钱。哈!

不停下雨的天空，让你没办法在门外多呆一分钟。屋内有温暖的暖器，但是要干嘛？因为没有网际网络。这样的时间很折腾。我没有其他背包旅客的“毫无目的”。

 

I think it’s a bit laid back

A city without any “FREE WIFI ZONE” is quite torturous for me. Based on Feng’s information, I got to the Auckland National Library for Free Internet Services. However, it is not the Wifi Internet. People are queuing for the free services, reminds me of my UKM Library life. Else, you have to pay for the Internet (which is not Wifi) at those Internet Cafe.

Ayyyyy, kinda hard to accepts this “inconvenience”.

Probably you would suggest that I spend more time for the sight-seeing. I did walk on the street and go around the city the whole day. Tell you what, you just can’t afford the cold weather and you need to get indoor. I was also advised not to walk on the street after 5.30 when the sky gets dark. Stay indoor without the internet is quite a waste. I could write so much with pictures.

Hope things will turn better when I reach Napier.
